Timeline is as follows:
Lost a lot of weight with just cardio, found out I had stage one gyno so I had surgery asap, more cardio and slight lifting after recovery, now iam doing body recomp but I at the same time iam not eating at a calorie deficit so iam just gaining muscle without burning enough fat to RECOMP (I Feel like shit, but I think this is probably the best thing I could do at the moment)
If you have any advice I would be grateful, but no surgery/hardmaxxing, I dont what to get into that shit
