d3 calcifies you into a statue all your soft tissues including the arteries long term and the whole k2 will protect you thing is an urban myth it has never been proven

I try to get in the sun atleast an hour a day with suncreen on my face + bucket hat for anti aging letting my body absorb the rays

Uhh not sure i believe that and k2 prevents that. I agree sunshine is best but d3 supp isn't bad
