fasting is good but be careful when you eat again because you can actually die after a week of fasting. 2 weeks of careful diet after you finish a week fast is good. start with easily digestible/low fiber and low sugar foods or breads and pasta. then get onto an almost pure protein diet for a bit until your two weeks are up, just make sure to supplement magnesium for test. once you are back on food you will get a steady supply of k2 and calcium from milk and eggs/meat so don't worry too much about it during the fast
