tbh minimum teen. don't overdo it like others, 500-1000 mcg is very high. Better to microdose up to max 200 mcg. Always combine with SPF 50 with pa+++ for both UVA and UVB protection

More likely to get skin cancer when running around for hours in the sun with no SPF and no MT
