Front changes of 10mm BSSO with 3 point landing - Me

Not jutting because i literally cant atm - 12 days PO. My teeth are meeting in both pics.

The height changes are more than expected.

I now have a nice dimorphic tall chin from the front which will look great with gonion and chin filler.

BSSO has definitely revealed my ramus more. I have quite a tall ramus but it always looked small from the front because my jaw is narrow and recessed and hid it.


I thought i would upload this because its interersting that 3 point landing isnt much talked about.

Back on accutane

Filler in jaw and chin once swelling gone

Otoplasty in turkey

800 test 400 eq 50 anadrol blast then cut

Fat graft plus more at Rattanian clinic - BFR & / or lip lift depending on results of all of above combined.

Yea another bonus of it is that its another dimension in which u add oral volume and improve the hyoid region.

For sure already had some height but just retruted backwards and upwards into itself.


Yeah he said thats how we will do it on first consult before i made any complaints of height.

Just BSSO. Yeah swelling was insane first 3 days but went down very quickly.

have been doing a ton of walks and also high dose vit d so maybe that helped it go down so quick

Not at all past the first 2 days i would say, because its basically impossible to sleep. After that it has been completely fine, only complaint is liquid diet.
