Hyoid is the main problem to be honest, makes you look fat and recessed from the side

your maxilla is fine, you'd ascend more if you maxxed your eyebrows out and got rhino to lower your radix/create a glabellar notch. also look into hyoid raising.

I think my maxilla is recessed tho. I’m 21 now and my side profile has definitely gotten worse since I was 13 in the photo. Even if I lift my hyoid I won’t look like that. Idk if surgery will fully restore what I lost but I think it will help
