What surgery makes this possible in terms of his jaw? Vertically lengthening sliding genioplasty combined with fillers?

Lifefuel, I was assuming full blown bimax or another ultra invasive jaw surgery was overkill

Idk might look weird if you don’t add some jaw volume as well. If your bite is fine I don’t see why you’d get a bimax tho. Just implants probably. But be conservative. Lots of big implant fails on this website.

I thought moving your actual bone was the superior option (although way more costly). Maybe sliding genioplasty for the chin and implants for the surrounding jaw bone?
