there isn't a single fruit or vegetable or any plant for that matter that has any nutrients that meat won't have, plants and fruits are missing 15 key micro-nutrients, meat has all the nutrients the human body needs, you dont need fruits (theyre glorified sugar and used as an excuse to eat sugar) and so they cause fat gain, and on the topic of fibre, fibre isn't even a necessity, you can eat saw dust and its the same as fibre, fibre is indigestible, we dont need it at all.Why not?
