Strictly speaking of debloating. Should I cut them out? I take a shit ton like 150g cause I eat a bunch of fruits like bananas and strawberries and blueberries apples etc

I have digestion issues like can’t take a shit properly I think I lowkey need them tho no?

there isn't a single fruit or vegetable or any plant for that matter that has any nutrients that meat won't have, plants and fruits are missing 15 key micro-nutrients, meat has all the nutrients the human body needs, you dont need fruits (theyre glorified sugar and used as an excuse to eat sugar) and so they cause fat gain, and on the topic of fibre, fibre isn't even a necessity, you can eat saw dust and its the same as fibre, fibre is indigestible, we dont need it at all.

But bro I literally have digestion problems when I eat only meat I get fucked. Idk if it’s placebo or some shit but they Feel like they worked idk with Greek yogurt and fruits

lol. try a diet of only meat, with some animal fats like greek yogurt, raw milk, kefir, and consume 0 vegetables or fruits and watch how good your gut and digestion will become.

yes dairy, all the way. fibre makes digestion worse, our body doesn't even digest it. fibre just sits in our gut
There are two types of fibre,
Fiber is useful even if it isn’t absorbed because it helps move waste through your digestive system, feeds beneficial gut bacteria

If it works then keep doing it, listen to your body instead of armchair experts on an incel forum. Prioritise your health over everything.
