Gonna go gym in an hour while it still open (should be open) and steal some weights from the gym

I couldn't give a fuck about any of this Ching Chong virus crap I just wanna train and get masthetic.

Get a pull up bar that can attach to a door frame for like $20. They double up as handles for deficit push ups if you put them on floor. Found it was easier to get kettle bells than dumbbells for some reason aswell

Shops should be open till midday tomorrow so I'm gonna look around and see if I can find some.

I also stole 2 10kg plates so I can do high rep shrugs for neck cope
