im confused sometimes about the word jaw

i always thought it mean as in the gonions, when someone gets jaw implants they expand gonions

idk what u mean y jaw then, this case is a critical case of class III deformity, of course in such cases it is absolutely necessary to correct this problem for a really aesthetic face.

This is double jaw surgery. Your midface is part of your upper jaw. You chin is technically also a part of your mandible. But advancing the chin will not advance the dental arches lile jaw surgery does.
