If your acne is barely existent to mild, use 10-20mg, if it's moderate to high, use 30-40mg. Low dose = slower results, but less sides, high dose = faster results, more sides. At 80mg you're practically begging for a purging phase. Oh well, no choice for you ,but to tough it out now.
