I’m brachy with literally no ramus and no gonial angle (literally just a gonial curve), no forward growth either genetically my face is flat asf from the side. I’m MTN w/ rly good harmony on the front but sub 5 on the side. Impossible for me to have hollow cheeks or a jawline either b/c I’m not forward grown brachy. I have nasiolabal folds and a recessed chin as well b/c of how recessed I am. Hoping to bimax w/ ccw and a sliding genioplasty within the next 3 years. Funny thing is that it’s all genetic, like my dad’s genes are soooo fucked, and my recessed chin is genetic as well. I have nose breathed my entire life and still am recessed b/c genetics. Grew up playing sports/eating hella healthy. I’m borderline underweight and still have a fat face with chubby cheeks b/c my jaw isn’t forward grown enough to make them tight.

I actually have a long philtrum due to what im thinking is because of my slight downward growth.

So im a long face brachy, but with lefort with ccw and impaction and implants it should go away

Is it a rare case to have horse face and be brachy?
