If I decide to bulk up I can't stand looking fat in the mirror and I always end up going back to cutting. It's a never ending struggle tbh

And yes bulking is a meme. Instant looksmin. I remember when I had my gym phase I looked so bloated. Instantly cut while playing football and doing OMAD and looked way better. Idk who said it here but life truly does start below 12% body fat.

You can even see in that Chico photo he is very lean.

You don't have to bulk to gain muscle, you just have to do progressive overload (add weight or add reps on every exercise as much as possible).

200-300 over maintenance. Don’t quit bro. Just be patient or you will regret it. You said it yourself you must compete with your past self. You won’t improve your looks much if you don’t gain muscle mass. That’s pretty much the only thing holding you back from being gigachad.

No i mean i Lose alot of calories working there so i dont know how much i burn working there

is it possible to not look bloated if you are below 12% but start eating normal again? Like when you cut down to 10% you arent eating as much carbs and sodium and stuff like that, but if you want to stay at 10% and just start eating at maintenance or maybe slightly above if youre training, will you start to look bloated again?

Depends on the person. You'd have to try out for yourself. Depends on how much fat you store in your face and how quick you get bloated as well. Also depends on your facial structure. If you have a good one you can maybe get away with it but you will still lose some looks points. Being below 12 percent and cut to the max is the best way you look especially if you have good bone structure.
