Fuck cutting is brutal i feel hungry

How do you guys do this shit, first time im cutting and i legit even do it with 2300 calories, and like many here know i complain of shit appetite, but all of this changed when i started giga lifting and now even after eating 2300 calories i still feel hungry. Does it get better or something, how will i survive these next 2 months

If you go fat adapted you almost never feel hungry tbh

increase cals and eat more filling foods
are u doin any cardio?
if not do a little bit and increase food to compensate for cal intake so ur not as hungry
like 20 mins after gym slow pace

Im eating rice and lentils already, they are supposed to be filling yet i still feel hunger fuck...it would be easier if i wasn't a med student cause how am i supposed to study on hunger like this.

Also 20 minutes slowpace burns like max 100 calories jfl

u should atleast do maintenance calories if not slightly above that.

Im 185cm and 73kg, that doesn't sound very skinny to me. Im aiming for 71kg by November and then im starting bulking with max 1.5kg gain per month, ideally 1kg

Start leanbulk now, u are just gonna look like a skeleton at 71kg. Gain musle first

True, plus because of being a beginner im probably going to gain some muscle as well at the first 2 months from recomp

u want to cut for 1 month to lose 2kg, to then gain it back the 2 months later. Why not just stay 73kg tbh.

Cause the plan is to lose fat, the 2kg i will gain after will be mostly muslce (if i do it correctly that is)

Realistically you’re going to have to cut down to 61- 63 kg since you already said you barely have muscle

If you stay the same weight, but you start working out and getting stronger, you would lose fat and gain muscle at the same time.

No, i eat 5 eggs, banana, and grapes for breakfast
Try a bigger breakfast, like literally most of your days calories.

Does wonders for your appetite control later in the day, I never crave sugar or want to binge after a huge breakfast.

if you’re hungry.. thats when it’s working

only when you’re hungry does the body burn off your fat stores

get used to liking hunger bro

try fasting 3-5 days with no food, then eating 1600 kcal a day will feel like a walk in the park
