It was purposefully made for geography aspies like me to spend hours learning about African license plates, European electric poles & traffic signs plus Spanish in Latin America

Why does it have to be so addictive

I rotted my brain so much with it I can now be dropped in the middle of nowhere in Africa and locate myself with meter accuracy by looking at a bush at the side of some gravel road
:feelshmm::feelsrope::feelsrope:

@Xangsane @|Daddy_Zygos| Have you played it?

I have yes, when I was younger.

I used to play like two years ago, but not anymore, maybe once in a blue moon. I got a near perfect score once (within 500 meters of the place).

What maps you did?

I'm now playing US states and it's hard AF, suburbia looks the same in most places, only cues are license plates and occasional regional fast food joints :feelswhat:

most of the places that look the same in the suburbs are usually in the Midwest or east coast

The houses in the south west specifically has a more Spanish colonial influence which makes them look different

I usually determine I'm in the South by the lack of front license plates

If I'm near a major road that's also obvious

Yeah I used to play GeoGuessr back when I worked my 9 to 5

But then I retired and now go to the places irl

Fun game tho. I was max level on battle royale before they changed the rank format

Over if you consider yourself a serious player and don’t have Atleast one 25,000 perfect score game without cheating

I’ve done it before but it took me days of doing it while taking breaks.

I’ll never forget touba Senegal and the mosque in the city center. Took me ages

Usa is easy to tell the states because of the front license plate meta so that cuts most states down by 50% then you can just use weather and coloring to narrow it down

Idk if it’s just me, but games are just not the same they were when I was in my early teens. I used to be able to wake up at a summer morning, play csgo all day then repeat the next day; now vidya barely gives me dopamine, most games I used to like get boring after like half hour of playing

What did you do there? :dafuckfeels:
Traveling to Montenegro :Comfy:

No I didn’t go there, I’ve been to Serbia but never went more south than the Iron Gates gorge

Belgrade is the dirtiest city I’ve ever visited :trepidation: that’s where I saw proper gypsy slums for the first time in my life

I just passed through Belgrade once in the night when we were traveling with my highschool to Italy and Spain, the central part looked quite nice and modern but the suburbs were full of commie blocks

Yes Belgrade is “famous” ( :feelswhat: ) for its brutalist architecture in the northern , new part of the city

Wait, why did you have to pass Belgrade to Spain? Did you go all the way to Iberia with a bus? :dafuckfeels:

Yeah we went with a bus, its part of the experience, it's called ekskurzija (i think its the same in Croatia and Bosnia), it was the best memory of my life. We went with the bus through Serbia, Croatia, Slovenia, Italy, South France, and Spain in the end, 9 days in total.

The feeling of traveling with your highschool classmates on a hot spring night at 2am where 80% are sleeping and you are just listening to music while a girl is sleeping on your shoulder is the best feeling ever

  • Love it

We spent one night at Venice, one night at Monaco, one night at Nice, two nights in Spain (Barcelona and Loret de Mar). And we spent one night on the way back home in Opatija Croatia.

Monaco looked like some advanced 22st century city for us poor balkaners :dafuckfeels:, the city is legit insanely beautiful

Spain in general looked gorgeous, same for France, but Italy for some reason looked...off, like crossroad between balkans and west Europe, there was this balkan rural feel too it and the dirtiness as well, it just didn't strike me as being that different tbh except for the fancy older buildings in Venice
