Fuck I am BADLY addicted to Youtube

So installed a browser extension that tracks my internet usage a few months back and forgot about it. Today I checked my history and found that I was using Youtube about 100 hours a month which means I spend 10 whole days full time watching pointless crap on Youtube. One month I watched Youtube even for 140 hours.

And I have a full time job so you can imagine I am not doing anything other than watching Youtube. I often don't even go to work to watch Youtube. How can I end this crap? I tried blocking it but then in breaks while eating etc. I have nothing to do and I get bored.

- What can I do while eating so I don't get bored?
- How do I drastically reduce time wasted on Youtube?

Download the extension called "Unhook", it basically removes recommended videos from YouTube so you only use it to search and watch what you actually need.

I think you should do things instead of having free time. Just do something mildly productive and you'll be out of this in no time. Best of luck!

i used to addictwled but its rediculously easy to stop porn, video games, etc only do productive/eduacational shit and no pleasant food for 4 days and it will just wash away, like tears in rain.
