The left one got way bigger over like the past week its only in my left

My sex drive decreased and semen volume decreases barely any white stuff comes out, could be bc of argessive cut but it was only 2 months long and I only lost 10lbs being inconsistent aswell idk.

It hurts too but It doesn't hurt to touch it only hurts like a mild ache esp if I lay on that left side.
