Very legit bro , the cold water / ice will help tight the skin , but the gua sha will remove all bloating and fluid retention from your face.

It helped me get more pronounced cheekbones and a slimmer madible . Obviously these copes only work if you are already low bf but deal with facial fluid retention as a result of genetics , etc
