$220 for 40 is overpaying; I get 400 mg for $240.

But there are literally no sides to reta. The only side is if you don't eat properly.

Then the dose depends on how long you want to be on it; for my first vial of 10mg, I did 1mg, 1mg, 2mg, 2mg, then 4mg, and I stayed at 4mg for a long time.
