I need to lose fat ASAP, i dont even Care about heightmins I’m just gonna blast hgh. Eating nothing besides water for a 3 day stretch how much fat can I lose? 5’8.75”/163lbs.

JFL I’ve been eating 1200 Cals a day but it’s taking forever to lose weight

fast 48 hours then eat a meal to satiety then repeat

yes, it will work, and if you combine it with cardio hiit and streght trainning you will get a huge spike in hgh in the first 3 days. I recommend you to take a tsp of himalaya salt after trainning.

im 5'8 too and have been doing weight lifting + 3 mile run (in 25 min) for 5x a week. Then i do HIIT soccer sprints right after running the 3 miles. my bodyfat % has finally started to lower again (im currently 18-19% bf)

just train like a soccer player bro..
brb getting lean maxed by doing massive amounts of cardio feelsgoodman
brb not losing gains cuz im still lifting heavy
brb approaching 15% bodyfat
