Tried the cable raise leaning inwards for 4 sets and now my left shoulder is out of place

the first set til failure or 1 rir is the most stimulus u get from any amount of sets

You could try an upper lower first to get used to higher frequency training

Nah I also do 4 sets, usually the 4th set is a dropset just to make sure the muscle gets completely destroyed.
