Intermittent fasting during the day with coffee or tea etc, eat about 400 calories of carbs and protein pre-lifting, lift weights, then eat whatever the fuck you want for dinner. It's such a legit lifestyle

Narrow the eating window (even 2-4 hours)
Incorporate fasted cardio (I like walking in the very early morning)
Make sure you eat high fiber, high protein foods.

It should work if you do the above more or less
