Im in utter shock. I loaded 35kg + batbell on bench (idk weight of barbell, its less than 20, maybe 10 or something) but fuck man. I did 12 reps with room for 2 or 3 more but it was heavy from the beggining, i thought that i will do like 2 or 3. Idk man, i didnt expected sets of 12 being that fucking hard.

idk maybe. I did another set of 10 and again i thougt that i will do like 2 or 3 but i just keep getting reps but slowly. I could do like 12 or 13 in that set. Idk man, it feels weird. Maybe cause im just new to it

3 sets of bench and 2 sets of incline with 10kg dumbles done. Did 12 reps in sets, gonna do thrid rn and then some biceps pump

are you new to lifting? your nervous system probably isn't used to it yet but you'll get stronger quick

You can still build muscle using lower weights with more reps at more intensity and frequency.

no, like i thought that 12 rep set will feel light at the beggining but it was heavy as fuck from the start but i kept getting more reps without musles getting really tired. So i meant heavier

I do 87,5kg 3x12 and still look like utter shit. When do you start looking decent? Doubt I will ever reach much more than 100kg 3x12 natty.

Then whats the point of lifting if it doesnt give looks lmao. strength is a way to keep track of whether you are gaining muscle.
