Benzoyl peroxide 5% + Isotretinoin for a year

isotretinoin only. anyone doing a course should not be using any actives.

OP do not bother with derms, they are all retarded and will let you try every option in the book before prescribing you accutane, order it yourself and check your liver values every so often

I'd recommend

2.5% benzoyl peroxide
15% azelaic acid
0.025 tretinoin (or 0.1 adapalene if you can't get tret)

You don't need the higher formulations of benzoyl peroxide; they just cause more irritation and aren't more effective. Make sure you're using a moisturizer and SPF.

Derms make you try topicals first because they are able to get rid of acne in most people, are much safer, and are better long-term options. Most people don't need accutane and it should be a last resort, or something that is only used in the most extreme cases of acne.

accutane gets rid of acne permanently on your entire body. cope topicals do not, they should be used as maintenance after accutane

on 80mg/day for months now and sitting at 1.25x my cumulative dose bud, wrong person to say this to

That's not what Accutane does, it's not permanent

Isnt accutane better for acne if they want a definitive solution?

If you can get rid of acne with topicals then you don't need Accutane. If you want good looking skin, you'd be using topicals regardless.

why are you still posting? wasting bandwidth and storage space on org servers for what?

Explain to me the biological mechanism of how Accutane permanently gets rid of acne. Oh wait, you can't. You are completely uneducated and have 0 clue about what you're talking about. Accutane can have long-lasting results but it's not permament.

you WILL break out while on topicals only having done no accutane, you will NEVER have a pimple again if you did full course of accutane and maintain it properly afterwards because your oil glands are NUKED

That's not what Accutane does. :ROFLMAO: Go take a biology class buddy.

also forgot to note, i've tried shit like niancinimide and salylic acid, they didn't really do much. Adapelene does its job for me, but definitely doesn't remove all the redness and stuff. But I thanks for all the recommendations, I was also looking forward into taking accutane, since I lost hope with all the topical shit too tbf. I guess I could give the benzoyl peroxide and the azelaic acid stuff along with tret a try, but if that also doesn't work (which I don't have much hope in the fact it will, since I am pretty positive my shit comes more from the intern) . Also the spfs I've used always made my face oily in a way and red, in other words it made me look even worse, so that's why im not using any at the moment.

But what about peptides? Wouldn't they help, peps like glow/ klow ? Also idrk how tag others im new to this shit lmao, hope you guys can see my message tho
