fuck my chin

any way to fix a recessed chin? my mandible is fine its just that my chin kind of curves upwards and there is a like a small basically a small ball of just fat sitting there and its giving me a very feminine looking chin because of the roundness, i do have good bonemass and my chin ruins that look of a striking face because my zygos r very prominent, also i wouldnt say im like the leanest men on earth but i still am for sure sub15% and i just want help getting rid of it any tips?
