It doesn't look great. Eye area is the worst area to have assymetry in, but at least Sean has a collection of incredible features to offset it. Second guy has assymetry in his entire face, it's really off-putting. Third - unnoticeable. The mulatto - failed pretty hard by it.

Second, groom yourself (= shave in your case)

Then, fix your jaw with the filler

Finally, go do canthoplasty on your eye if you still need to, and cannot sleep.

How you didn't notice it at first? Surely I might be having body dysmorphia, but the heck I can't get rid of constantly looking and judging my eyes. Already doing my skin, introduced skincare routine, was using epiduo, didn't help that much, but for my acne accutane is the best sol right now.

I know it is not significant, because i have 3mm vertical dystopia, like Bradley Cooper in your photo, and the rest of my face is not super good, and women sometimes approach me and NONE yet told me that my eyes are asymmetrical.

Unless you are completely deformed, small asymmetries like yours are hard to notice IRL, unless people are specifically looking to find them on your face.
