I have an extremely deviated septum I can barely breathe through my nose (I don't want to breathe through my mouth) Whenever I tell this to my parents who know that my septum is cooked they just say some stupid dumb shit like "Just go to bed earlier" and don't give a shit I honestly just want to strangle them

Then go to the doctor without them and ask the doctor what to do. It’s child abuse if they truly don’t take you to the doctor to fix a medical condition if they believe you have one.

Are you absolutely certain they don’t care? You didn’t sit them down and run a powerpoint presentation? I’m concerned about your lack of effort. If you don’t tell them your medical problem in a calm and scientific matter, they probably won’t believe your insecure ramblings.
