LIKE WHAT THE FUCK, i am invited to a party this friday that i cant miss since its really important for this guy(my nt friend that is hosting it) but i literally planned this friday for weeks to be my cheat day, already made my list : 3 dr oetker gluten free pizzas, french fries, ice cream with chocolate sauce and 2l of coke zero but no this fucking normie now needs to ruin it with his fucking party

Tbh at moments like these when my plans go to shit I like to think of the brightside, at least skipping this cheat meal will probably get you to your goals faster. This is how I cope when needing to go very low on calories for the day due to no food fitting my diet.
