Got dogshit genetics and literally plateaued at 6 months. Arms havent grown a single mm since

Thiught it was because I wasnt bulking. But now ive been going at it for 20 days with creatine aswell and havent gained a single mm on my arms

Fuck this shit. Gonna start off with ostarine, but gonna graduate to test after ive eaten these shitpills

yh i have shit genetics aswell, i wasted so much money and time. If i could go back i would have started roids way sooner. one of my biggest regrets

I started low then increased to full 2 weeks later, I've used 25 mg so high dose

No side effects either except some pimples on my arms but they weren't noticable

1 set on bench
3 on incline to
4 on pec flyes
4 on tricep pushdowns
5 on lateral raises

On pull

6 sets pullups
3 sets single hand rows
2 sets hammer curls
1 set bicel curl

And look up this guy called "TNF" on tt he has good vids on the best workouts for each muscle
Like look up "Tnf best Chest workout"

On pull

6 sets pullups
3 sets single hand rows
2 sets hammer curls
1 set bicel curl
You did too little reps and sets to build enough muscle
And did too many sets on the wrongs exercises
Do 3 sets of all ur workouts to failure. U should fail at around 7-12 reps. If u get past 12 reps up the weight.
And on ur first "set" do light weight to failure to warm up the muscle properly

Nahh man if u skip legs ur whole physique will tank. Imagein having a big upper and stick legs gonna look retarded asf. Legs ain't even that hard tbh just push through the pain for the day it leaves the next day anyways

Also don't hop on roids you're either gonna get body dysmorphia and want to use even more. Atleats work out for a year and if u see little to no progress then you're cooked icl then u can just roid but don't overdo it

If you go another 4 months lifting and eating a lot and see no results than that's something else maybe (I still would never recommend steroids ) but right now you're being too impatient. Also I wouldn't be surprised that with this type of attitude that you probably havent learned to lift right, have a proper routine, to eat right, to recover right, etc. You can build 20+ lbs of muscle your first year of lifting if done right. I built a very good physique lifting natty. So don't complain about "no progress" until you have gone 2 more months without gain.

You should be able to build a good physique natty. Unless you have some sort of hormone deficiency or other health complications that makes it not work for particularly you, then that's different.

HAARLEM study nigga it only says that long term it makes no difference if you used PCT (after 2 years of coming off) but PCT makes you gain your old (or near) baseline T production faster

Form and tempo is most important to grow arms , go slow down and explode at the top of the rep , do this instead
Arms
- Tricep pushdowns
- Standing barbell curls
- skull crushers
- bicep preacher curl machine
- Forearms (optional)
Do all of these til absolute failure , i cant give you a specific rep / set range because it varies from person to person
