Why train 5 years with a training (cardio&weightlifting) and sleep and diet optimzed with dozens of the best supplements
When a bro could pin 600 test for 8 months train till mid discomphort eat goyslop with non existent sleep and mogs tf out of you
Got dogshit genetics and literally plateaued at 6 months. Arms havent grown a single mm since

Thiught it was because I wasnt bulking. But now ive been going at it for 20 days with creatine aswell and havent gained a single mm on my arms

Fuck this shit. Gonna start off with ostarine, but gonna graduate to test after ive eaten these shitpills

If your arms aren’t growing then try something different. Exercise selection, rep range, volume. Everyone responds differently to training. If you’re doing light curls then drop down to 6-8 rep sets for a bit and see what happens. If you’re going heavy then go light. Try both high volume and lower volume.

Switch up the exercises. Exercise selection for biceps doesn’t actually matter if you’re progressively overloading and training hard. The point is that you should try them all (preachers, barbell, dumbbell, cables, machines) and do what gives you the best pump and makes your biceps tired and sore.

whats your split, and have you even bothered tracking macros? roids already without even being near natural potential is sad jfl

Whats sad is that I reached basicly 90% of my natural potential after just 6 months

no you didnt jfl, if you tell me your split i can tell you if its frequency and intensity is acceptable, and you're probably not eating well/enough

you've been doing something wrong tbh, same thing happened to me, I was working out for over a year and saw no results

it really is just pushing it really fucking hard every day and eating like a pig on high protein high calorie diet

All till failure


1 set on bench
3 on incline to
4 on pec flyes
4 on tricep pushdowns
5 on lateral raises

On pull

6 sets pullups
3 sets single hand rows
2 sets hammer curls
1 set bicel curl

In a minor calorie surplus which is ideal and eating 120 grams of protein at a bodyweight of 62kg

I feel like people don’t try when roiding since they think “muh this study where they took 600 test and didn’t train blah blah blah” if you train and eat hard then that’s just adding so much to the benefits of roids for muhsles
