4 on pec flyes
4 on tricep pushdowns
5 on lateral raises
On pull
6 sets pullups
3 sets single hand rows
2 sets hammer curls
1 set bicel curl
In a minor calorie surplus which is ideal and eating 120 grams of protein at a bodyweight of 62kgno you didnt jfl, if you tell me your split i can tell you if its frequency and intensity is acceptable, and you're probably not eating well/enough
