when im alone i start stimming and violently shaking my head and playing with my fingers and stuff

i used to do it in front of everyone when i was young but my parents made me hide it because they didn't want ppl to know i'm mentally retarded

i have to take propranolol daily because i tremble and sweat to the point of hyponatremia whenever i make prolonged eye contact with people, and I've had to get medical care multiple times because of it

and i write social scripts and have to practice speaking in my native tongue to be able to get something from the supermarket or order at a drive-through

but yea it's just social anxiety bro
