Last night, I applied some Tret, never had a serious problem with it, now all of a sudden, immediately after cleansing, then applying, I get these tiny red fucking bumps on my face. I was pissed, but I decided to moisturize and called it a night. This morning, I cleanse, apply Differin gel instead, AND IT WAS FUCKING WORSE. Clearly I have some issue with retinoids, but only one one side of my face, and of course it's the side that's not already scarred to shit. So it's only a matter of time before my face looks like the fucking moon. I did some research and it might be retinoid dermatitis (irritation), but could very well be an allergic reaction. My plan is to cut out the retinoids (Tret and Differin) and tank my blood sugar so I stop secreting so much fucking garbage in my face, maybe I'll pick up the retinoids in the future, but I wanna know what you guys think.
