Fuck septoplasty

I just had a minor cartilage graft rhino to correct an asymmetry that I had (looked cucked when you looked from right 3/4 view), the guy took cartilage from my septum and now I'm sitting here like you would after full blown septoplasty with this shit stuffed deep into my nostrils so I can only breath through my mouth like a cuck.

I thought this wasn't gonna be a big deal. Fuck this. Septoplasty recovery is worth than LL and Lefort 3 combined.

I already had actual septoplasty originally and also got grafts that weren't placed correctly. Now I just wanted to correct the asymmetry from the grafts but since the surgeon took cartilage from my septum, it's basically like septoplasty again. Rhino itself isn't bad at all but as soon as you touch the septum it absolutely sucks balls. you can't breath, you can't sleep, it feels like shit. it is over.

I didn't have to pay for this. for the original surgery I only had to pay a bit for the grafts, but no hospital fees or anything because insurance covers that for septoplasty.

if you need rhino, go to an ENT doctor and tell him you can't breath properly. he'll check your septum and if it's crooked there's a good chance you can get septo-rhino and have insurance cover anesthesia, hospital stay and all that shiet because of the septoplasty.

The feeling after you have a surgery that's brutal is so shitty ngl, you feel like you regret it but a week later you're like oh shit I'm so glad I had it done JFL. You'll pull through

Septoplasty recovery wasn't too bad in my experience. Only thing that was frustrating was having the splints in there the tightness gave me headaches and discomfort.

Just a personal thing, maybe I just got a botched job, but the swelling lasts long as fuck so you don't get accurate representation of what your nose will look like for a while.

I'm pissed my shit is still pretty fucking crooked jfl looked fine when swollen.

Septoplasty is worse than rhinoplasty. I had rhinoplasty and the recovery was a piece of cake, went home and just did whatever I wanted with a bit of swelling. Had to get septoplasty a month later and it was terrible. Was laying in bed sleeping for 5 days on pain meds then completely exhausted for weeks after that.
