After a bulk, I tried to starve to cut down. I lost 10lbs, majority muscle, in a week, and then suffered a muscle tear in my hip flexor at the end of the week. I have never experienced such quick injury. If you’re going to cut like an idiot, just eat like 200-500 cals a day and get as many micros in as possible

Is it that hard to do a calorie deficit?

no shit theres a reason why nearly everyone here knows that starvemaxxing is terrible for you

For me light starvemaxxing was great i just ate one meal in the evening bc i take smt like adderal in the morning and im not hungry for like 9 hours

Don’t forget to continue to work out to prevent muscle loss and eat more cals but a very low deficit is good
