got fat as hell and i forgot to mention that i cut my hair off at that time too
but then by early 19 i was lean again and got my ex then like a couple months later broke up, kept coping with the redpill until quarantine after many rejections and found this site

If I can give you any advice as an old fuck:got fat as hell and i forgot to mention that i cut my hair off at that time too
1) You will learn a lot of important lessons throughout your 20s. I think I started figuring shit out around age 25-26, for some its earlier for some its later. But I was like extreme potato mode prior to that in many regards. It gets better tho, esp. any insecurity issues when you get older you just know whats up if that makes sense
2) Regarding your ex, remember this: If a couple ever breaks up, its never any point getting back together. Having this as a universal rule will save you so much trouble. Its just always going to be the case. If the girl broke up with the guy, she lost feelings and they're never ever coming back. If the guy broke up with the girl, it might work in theory but in practice if a guy actually breaks up with a girl its cause he isn't as sexually attracted, which will be death sentence for relationship long term.
