I stop wearing my plastic retainer for a moth maybe a little bit longer after 6+ months of wearing it regularly from the time I got my braces off and my teeth started to move again ita a small difference I hope it can be fixed wit wearing that shit regularly again... Just get fake teeth done fuck this shit
