Never listen to what therapist say they will give you drugs to dull you and advice to blind you just go nod smile and tell them whatever bullshit your family wants to hear flush all pills down the toilet especially ssri Ive seen people get fucked up by them labels and drugs fucked up my friends mind now he has like fucking 20 prescriptions and conditions thank god I didn't listen to them you can work on your own problems by yourself and find better solutions
