I’m just going to start eating candy, junk food and any other bullshit I can find. Life's to short to try and impress some hoes that won’t like me either way. Maybe start mouth breathing to and let my chin form a mad jowl. Who the fuck cares honestly.

I lost over 100 pounds eating NOTHING but the shittiest fast food, it’s literally just calories in calories out

If I can do that you can then you can stop being a pussy ass bitch and eat healthily while adding in occasional junk foods that you enjoy (don’t do what I did for obvious reasons, it works though)

It absolutely is CICO (calories in calories out) for general weight loss. No overweight prisoners in Auschwitz.

If you want to looksmax then you want to be mindful of protein intake vs carb intake while cutting, to preserve as much muscle mass as possible.
Cutting with nothing but sugar is possible, but you will look like a skinnyfat abomination.

The goal is losing body fat, not overall weight (which will include tons of muscle mass)

Other considerations are conservation of collagen and skin quality. There are tangible benefits to eating greens, berries, Omega 3 rich fish like salmon etc. instead of cutting with pizza, candy and hamburgers in the long run.

i've been eating around 1300 calories per day for months and i'm still such a fat ass lol

Sucks, but i think i'm gonna have to start eating sub 1000 to get rid of this fat

Leanmaxxing is only sustainable if you mix in some enjoyable foods once in a while.

Fat loss is extremely slow. It took me a good year or so to go from ~25% to 15% during which there was small but not that noticeable improvement in muscular visibility, jawline etc.

Then another ~5 months to go from 15% to 10%. Huge gains during this period, visible sixpack etc.

There are so few lean people, because sustainable weight loss is extremely slow and mentally frustrating!

Let's say you are considerably chubby or fat today. 30, 40, 45% body fat.
It could take 2, 3 or more years of eating daily negative calories before you look lean and chiseled! That requires godly self discipline.

I lived with my cousin for a while recentlyish, and he eats like a fucking horse!! Insane calories (fair bit of junk food, too). No exercise. Lean

I eat 1300 calories per day (app tracked) and i'm still a bit chubby lol - need to start eating sub 1000 calories soon to see if that helps

I think it's all genetics now

You're either overestimating how much you eat, exercising/ being active enough to compensate for it, or you've started gaining weight but it's not noticeable yet.
