I have to eat unseasoned meat and drink 2 liters of water a day for the next week to reduce bloat smh

You don’t have to eat unseasoned meat. The sodium intake from seasoned meat alone won’t bloat you if you drink enough water per day making you pee often.
Just don’t eat junk food and drink sodas

I don’t know since I don’t track any of it. I know I’m roughly at around 3.5k calories a day and that’s it

I’m a big boy and physically active. Anything below 3k is a calorie deficit for me so hard to maintain the same weight

realistically it should be the same for me cuz I'm 6'2 with good frame and also active so idk what's going on
Maybe it's just more that I have youthful chubby cheeks like you said before, which I hope I grow out of soon
 
Its not that hard, and you can still season your dishes since table salt =/= sodium. Look it up.
Basically just eat everything homemade and focus on potassium intake. Thats what I do and I’m never above 2g sodium @ 3500 cals daily for 90kg bw.

And if ever you eat too much sodium one day, just up the potassium intake to balance it out (sodium/potassium balance is everything)

There is actually a lot of good sodium free seasonings you can use on meat:

Here are some:
garlic powder
rosemary
ginger
cinnamon
cayenne pepper powder
red pepper flakes

Just don't eat junk food and 99 % of salt is removed instantly

No need to go to extremes

Bhai a little sodium is fine. Just keep your potassium: sodium ratio over 2:1. You're not going to get any additional benefits cutting salt out completely bhai.
