With the recent Hullo situation, I think that asdvek's ban should be permanent. If we allow asdvek to come back and he finds out about Hullo, we will not hear the end of it for the next 9 months. For the sanity of everyone here, I believe asdvek's ban should either be permanent or he should be made to be not allowed to speak on any pedophilecels.
