idk bro they don’t really use it if it’s not an emergency and it really takes a toll on your immune system as it works less. practically if i get a cold or infection it would be really hard for my body to fight off

are u sure bro? maybe that was a diffent steriod because i havnt head of these side effecets with hydrocortisione u should look into it a bit more
