cant sleep

12:00AM : Awake
01:00AM : Awake
02:00AM : Awake
03:00AM : Awake

I have Mil prep college tomorrow at 9AM
Meant to wake up at 7AM
We have bleep test today
Pushups today
Situps today.

No sleep = back cant heal
Back cant heal = no muscle mass gained + muscle mass damaged/Destroyed.

Fucking lost muscle by going to the gym today all because i cant sleep, cant skip college today as i skipped 2 weeks because my brother died.

Im fucked. Truly.
