when i turn on my pc like 3/4ths of the screen is black

top left part is visible

when i turn it off and turn in on it works fine but once windows loads up it becomes black again.

I cant find a fix fuck it just happened right after i loaded up a game on steam

the black screen disappears only in csgo it works perfectly fine there, but once i load up another game it doesnt work
