i’ve had damon braces for a few months now and i’m planning to get the bite blockers that are on my second molars removed bc theyre genuinely ruining my face

i have an overbite so w/o them i end up biting on my front bracket but like i honestly dont gaf

theyre making my face longer and my side profile is ruined, they’re also probs commiting CW rotation— a crime punishable by death

genuinely do not get these fuckass appliances, personally i’m gonna ask for front teeth bite blockers and you should too if youve got an overbite

the bite blockers cause your resting closed mouth to be essentially in the position that your mouth would originally be in whilst closed, hence people saying they feel they have to keep their lips shut with greater effort. theoretically, that should result in cw rotation thru leading concepts.

i never said to remove ur damon braces, i said they do the opposite effect of recession
