My brother who is already 6'5 has what everyone thought to be an overgrown mandible but now he's been told its a recessed maxilla. So he already has crazy bonemass in lower jaw but bc of the whole recession he is now getting free le fort 1 on NHS.

And this stupid fuck along with my entire family keep saying how unlucky he is and how much he will have to go through like its not a thing people pay thousands for.

honestly fuck him and the nhs bc I have an open bite that fucks my jaw but will never be fixed because its "not bad enough" and this fucker who is already 6 foot 5 and has a gf is getting a free surgery
