he just has bad forward growth overall. his maxilla isn't recessed per se, it's just not super protruded. neither are any of his other bones. his mandible is more of an issue, if i was him i'd be focusing on getting BSSO/geino, or maybe lefort along with these as apart of bimax surgery, not just lefort on its own. lefort on its own won't do shit
