I have Hypodontia so I don’t have my upper lateral incisors. My palates are and were narrow. My teeth were flaring a lot too/protuding and I had a gap because of the missing teeth but my lower teeth had no space and that’s why they were flaring up. What my orthodontist did is pull the upper teeth back with the space from the gap i had but because my lower teeth didn’t have space pulling my upper teeth back gave me an underbite. they extracted two lower premolars to make space and to harmonize the 2 jaws. I also have health issues that are linked to palatial issues. I want to reverse the extractions and want to get implants for all the missing teeth I have now. I want to expand with hyrax or marpe to be able to get implants and have my lower teeth corrected. Any suggestions other than what I have in mind now?
