fucked up my hunger after extreme diet

i ended my diet below %10 bf started around %30s it took me months and i feel extremely fatigued, for 2 weeks i have been maintaining but my hunger doesnt go back to normal i even feel more hungry than the time i was on cut. how do i fix this, should i do high carb days to fill my glycogen stores?
