Fucked up my pin

I've been pinning for a while now. Daily injections of test e.

Today whilst I was pinning my vastus lateralis I hit a nerve and it caused my whole muscle to spasm and seize up, causing the needle to be rejected from my body- this cause the needle to move around whilst it still being under my skin ( I could see the side of the needle through my skin ) . It started bleeding a lot but I think it's chill now.

It took me another 40 minutes before I worked up the courage to pin again, but now i'm dreading the future pins.

since this post, i’ve only rotated between my glutes and have been good.
