On the net they say I need to stop wearing headphones for 4 months to remove it cuz fat isn't evenly distributed cuz of that bullshit

Good news the headphones dent is like ring finger dent and it will go back to normal after sum time the bad news is that it can take up 2 years to go back to normal just like ring finger one but im hopin it will take less cuz I didn't wear headphones 24/7 like folks that wear rings all the time
